We have been in business since 2003 and consistently grown each year due to our great service and very happy clients! We are members of the NARPM-National Association of Residential Property Managers, Pensacola Association of Realtors, Bay County Association and Mobile Association of Realtors. We have a very large referral base which speaks for itself! We cover all of Santa Rosa county, Escambia county, most of Okaloosa county, and parts of Alabama for Management and all of Florida and Alabama for sales.

We are growing our portfolio of long term management and would love you to join us. We also have 3 fully licensed qualified professionals to assist you with your needs whether that be listing, selling or purchasing and managing your investments!

We offer full management services to include free marketing and advertising, computerized accounting, monthly and annual statements, online accounting, automatic transfer of rent money directly to you bank account, maintenance supervision, insurance claims assistance, etc. We also screen the tenants very well before we allow them to move into your property. Screening includes pulling credit reports, verifying income and rent history, etc. If there are any problems in any areas with potential tenants we call you to decide as to who will move into your property. We do not make those decisions for you.
